On August 11th, news emerged that Jucan Optoelectronics has recently entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Unilumin Group. The two entities are set to embark on a long-term collaborative journey, focusing on the stable supply, technical synergy, and joint quality enhancement of Mini direct-display chips. As per the terms of the agreement, Unilumin Group pledges to procure Mini direct-display chips from Jucan Optoelectronics with a minimum value of RMB 50 million in 2026. The guaranteed purchase volumes for subsequent years will be mutually agreed upon through consultations between the two parties at the close of each preceding year. Jucan Optoelectronics boasts a strong foothold in the LED chip sector, and its Mini direct-display chips are currently enjoying full-scale production and robust sales performance.
