On the morning of August 11th, Vertilite inked an agreement to set up its high-end optical communication chip and device R&D and manufacturing base in Changzhou. Boasting a total investment of around 5 billion yuan, this project is set to concentrate on establishing an R&D and large-scale production line for high-end indium phosphide laser chips, thereby advancing the localization of core optical communication chips within China.
