Biwin Storage has officially declared its intention to repurchase shares via centralized bidding transactions, utilizing either its internal funds or self-raised capital (encompassing dedicated loan funds earmarked for share buybacks). The repurchase amount is projected to fall within the range of 200 million to 250 million yuan, with a predetermined maximum repurchase price set at 468.24 yuan per share. The shares acquired through this repurchase initiative will be earmarked for the purpose of reducing the company's registered capital. Presently, Biwin Storage has secured a 'Loan Commitment Letter' from the Shenzhen Branch of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, wherein the bank has pledged to extend a specialized loan for share repurchases, capped at no more than 225 million yuan. It is important to note that this share repurchase plan is still subject to submission and subsequent approval by the shareholders' meeting.
