The company intends to break ground on the second Taylor plant before the end of 2026, with full-scale mass production slated to commence in 2030. Meanwhile, the first Taylor plant is on track to start operations in 2026, and will progressively ramp up its production capabilities for the 2-nanometer process. Furthermore, Samsung has reported a notable uptick in inquiries about its 1.4-nanometer process technology and is currently assessing the feasibility of constructing additional wafer fabrication facilities.
