On July 31st, the 2nd "Smart Integration of Silicon Photonics: Unleashing the Future with Chips" Zhangjiang Cup Silicon Photonics Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition drew to a successful close in Zhangjiang. Thirteen top-tier silicon photonics projects made it to the finals, spanning cutting-edge fields such as organic electro-optic materials and heterogeneously integrated light sources. Following comprehensive multi-dimensional evaluations, Shanghai Sailor Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. clinched the first prize in the enterprise category, while the Xinyao Yuedong team emerged victorious in the team category.
