Lens Technology (300433.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Lens International (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., recently signed a memorandum of cooperation with Intel Corporation. The two parties will focus on collaborating around Through Glass Via (TGV) advanced packaging technology, involving key processes such as glass substrate via forming, high-precision laser processing, metallized via deposition, and multi-layer interconnect wiring. Intel will provide support including illustrative architecture information, Design for Manufacturability (DFM) guidelines, benchmarking methods, and validation methods. The memorandum is valid for one year from the date of signing and may be extended through negotiation upon expiration.
