At the Advancing AI 2026 conference, AMD CEO Lisa Su unveiled the company's future strategic roadmap for CPUs and GPUs, clearly stating that the Zen 7 architecture CPU will be launched in 2028, with the Zen 8 architecture expected to debut in 2030. Meanwhile, AMD plans to iterate its GPU products annually, with the MI500 series set to release in 2027 and the MI600 series in 2028.
