According to the investor relations activity record released by Eoptolink, the company is ramping up its production capacity in Chengdu and Thailand in response to anticipated future order demand, while maintaining an optimistic outlook on market demand. It is projected that order deliveries will experience rapid growth in the latter half of the year, buoyed by sustained high industry prosperity and excellent order visibility for Q3, Q4, and the upcoming year. Although supply chain constraints in Q1 had a certain impact on deliveries, the situation has gradually improved since Q2 and is expected to stabilize in Q3 and Q4. This improvement is attributed to the company's proactive measures, including ample stockpiling and securing core raw materials at an early stage. This year, 800G products have emerged as the primary driver of shipments, with a notable surge in shipment volume. In Q2, the shipment volume of 1.6T optical modules saw a significant increase compared to Q1, and it is anticipated that the pace of shipments will pick up even further from Q3 and Q4 onwards. Simultaneously, the market share of silicon photonics products continues to climb, demonstrating robust growth momentum. The company is collaborating closely with customers to advance the NPO business, with expectations to commence commercialization and volume expansion in the second half of 2027. Presently, the supply chain remains somewhat constrained, with shortages of certain raw materials. Ensuring a steady supply of raw materials and maintaining production delivery schedules remain top priorities for the company.
