NVIDIA has released the first 616.00 developer preview driver for RTX Spark, offering native support for the Windows 11 Arm64 architecture and targeting the Microsoft Surface RTX Dev Box. The driver's INF file confirms that the N1X GPU will be available in two models: a high-end version with 6,144 Blackwell architecture CUDA cores and a mid-range version with 5,120 cores. Both models adopt a unified memory architecture, supporting up to 128GB of LPDDR5X. The platform can feature up to 20 Arm CPU cores, including 10 high-performance Cortex-X925 cores and 10 energy-efficient Cortex-A725 cores. The CUDA 13.4 toolkit also supports native Arm64 development. The RTX Spark platform is expected to launch this fall, with initial devices including the Microsoft Surface Laptop Ultra and the Lenovo Yoga Pro 9n.
