On June 30, Cloudflare Intelligence, a prominent domestic DPU (Data Processing Unit) manufacturer, formally submitted its IPO (Initial Public Offering) materials to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange for listing on the ChiNext board. This move positions Cloudflare Intelligence as the inaugural DPU chip company to apply under the fourth set of listing criteria for the ChiNext board, earning it the market's recognition as the 'pioneer domestic DPU stock.'

Cloudflare Intelligence is dedicated to the research and development, design, and sales of DPU chips, with its products finding widespread applications in cutting-edge fields such as AI intelligent computing and cloud computing. According to a report by Frost & Sullivan, based on projected revenue for 2025, Cloudflare Intelligence claims the top spot among domestic independent manufacturers in China's full-function DPU market. For this IPO endeavor, Cloudflare Intelligence aims to raise approximately RMB 3.035 billion to fuel the research and development, as well as the industrialization, of next-generation DPU chips.
