Shanghai Linkingintelli Computing Technology Co., Ltd. recently announced the successful completion of a funding round amounting to hundreds of millions of yuan. The investors in this round include industrial investment institutions such as Zhangjiang Hi-Tech and Yuanhe Puhua, both of which have chosen to increase their investment further. (Note: The Chinese term "追加投资" (zhuī jiā tóu zī), which means "increase investment," has been translated accordingly here, replacing the previous placeholder.) Established in January 2025, Linkingintelli is dedicated to bridging the gap in China's domestic ultra-high-performance RISC-V cores and chips. The funds raised in this round will be primarily allocated to the application and deployment of high-performance RISC-V cores, as well as the research and development of agent CPU products. In early 2026, Linkingintelli unveiled the P100 v1, China's first agent-native, server-grade high-performance RISC-V CPU core. This core stands out as the only RISC-V CPU core in the country that supports dynamic simultaneous multithreading (SMT4) technology. The company is currently making significant progress in developing processors based on this innovative core. Prior to this, Linkingintelli had already completed at least three rounds of funding and has now initiated preparations for subsequent financing rounds.
