On July 9 (local time), South Korean memory chip manufacturer SK Hynix completed the issuance of American Depositary Receipts (ADRs), raising $26.5 billion and marking the largest U.S. initial public offering (IPO) by a foreign company. It issued 177.9 million ADRs at a price of $149 each, and these ADRs began trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on July 10 under the ticker symbol 'SKHYV'.
