Held in Boston, USA, from June 7 to 9, 2026, the 2026 International RF Integrated Circuits Conference (IEEE RFIC Symposium) witnessed the selection of three papers from the research group led by Professor Hu Yizhe of our institution. Among them, one paper was nominated for the Best Student Paper Award. These research accomplishments cover a wide range of areas, such as next-generation phase-modulated continuous wave (PMCW) 4D millimeter-wave radar transmitter chips, high-performance W-band low-noise amplifier chips, and calibration-free, wide-coverage, low-flicker phase noise digitally controlled oscillators (DCO) chips. The IEEE RFIC Symposium stands as one of the most globally renowned academic conferences in the field of RF integrated circuits.
