From June 14 to 18, the Symposium on VLSI (Very Large Scale Integration) was held in Hawaii, USA. Some faculty members and students from the school attended the conference, presented their research findings, and engaged in in-depth exchanges with leading scholars from various countries. Additionally, at the plenary session of VLSI 2026, the award ceremony for the Best Student Paper at VLSI 2025 was held, and Peking University won the award for its research achievement titled 'First Demonstration of a >1000fps Image Sensor Based on 1T FDSOI with In-Pixel Computing Capability.'
