On June 17th, researchers from Zhu Min’s research group at the School of Integrated Circuits, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, teamed up with Taras Ravsher, Sergiu Clima, Daniele Carbin, and other experts from Belgium’s Interuniversity Microelectronics Centre (IMEC) to publish a comprehensive review article titled “Chalcogenide Selector-Only Memory” in the esteemed journal Materials Today.
