The groundbreaking research has been published in the esteemed international academic journal, Nature Communications, under the title "Monolithically Integrated Photon-Mapping Infrared Imager." The University of Electronic Science and Technology of China stands as the primary institution behind this research, with Professor Wang Jun and Professor Hu Weida from the Shanghai Institute of Technical Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences jointly serving as the corresponding authors of the paper.
