On June 21, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange disclosed that Basic Semiconductor Co., Ltd., based in Shenzhen, has passed its listing hearing and updated its prospectus, marking a key milestone in its Hong Kong main board IPO process. As a leading enterprise in the third-generation semiconductor silicon carbide power device sector, the company focuses on the R&D and industrialization of silicon carbide power devices, covering the entire supply chain including chip design, wafer fabrication, packaging, and testing. Its product range includes silicon carbide diodes, MOSFET chips, and automotive-grade power modules, widely applied in fields such as new energy vehicles and photovoltaic energy storage. The IPO is jointly sponsored by Sinolink Securities (Hong Kong) and BOC International.
