Post-investment, Byetta will secure a 0.97% stake in the company. Notably, this transaction qualifies as a related-party deal since Luan Xiaohua, the spouse of Byetta's chairman Liang Yunchao, holds an indirect equity interest in Yuanli Semiconductor.
