Driven by a strong global appetite for AI devices, Singapore witnessed its electronics exports surge by the largest margin ever recorded in May. According to data released by Enterprise Singapore, export shipments soared nearly 95% year-on-year, reaching SGD 7.1 billion (approximately USD 5.5 billion). Integrated circuits emerged as the primary catalyst for this growth, with their exports climbing nearly 81%.
