On June 17th, SK Hynix announced the elimination of all educational requirements and initiated a rolling recruitment process for junior positions. Faced with intensifying competition in the AI semiconductor sector, SK Hynix will place greater emphasis on practical work capabilities and growth potential, rather than solely focusing on academic qualifications. Previously, SK Hynix required applicants to hold at least a four-year bachelor's degree. However, this requirement has now been abolished, allowing individuals to apply regardless of their educational background, as long as their work experience, job competencies, and alignment with the company culture meet the position's requirements.
