Depon Technology has announced that between May 19 and May 28, the National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund Corporation—a major shareholder owning over 5% of the company’s shares—reduced its stake by a cumulative total of 1.4224 million shares. This reduction was carried out through centralized bidding and block trading methods. Consequently, the shareholding ratio dropped from 12.90% to 11.90%, with the decrease aligning precisely with a 1% decrement. This share reduction was executed in accordance with a previously disclosed plan. It does not involve a mandatory tender offer, nor will it lead to any changes in the company’s controlling shareholder or actual controller.
