The 2026 International Symposium on Circuits and Systems opened in Shanghai on the 25th. He Tingbo, Huawei's Director and President of the Semiconductor Business Department, officially released the 'Tao (τ) Law' in her keynote speech. This marks the first time China has proposed a new principle to guide industrial development in the global semiconductor field. Based on this law, Huawei has successfully designed and mass-produced 381 chip models within six years. This fall, Huawei will release a new Kirin mobile phone chip utilizing logical folding technology, which will significantly enhance performance.
