Recently, Associate Professor Xiao Ming and his team from the School of Microelectronics Science and Technology at Sun Yat-sen University have had their research paper, titled "Sulfur/Oxygen Vacancy Synergistic Engineering in MoS2-Based Neuromorphic Devices," accepted for publication in Nano Research—a premier journal recognized in the first tier by the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The paper's first author is Pan Pan, a master's student from the 2023 cohort, with Associate Professor Xiao Ming serving as the corresponding author. This research has been generously supported by funding from the Youth Project (Category C) of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, as well as the Special Program for Overseas Postdoctoral Talent Recruitment.
