On May 13, media sources revealed that Jensen Huang, CEO of NVIDIA, will be part of the delegation accompanying Trump on his visit to China. Previously, the United States had permitted the export of NVIDIA's H200 chips to the Chinese market, albeit under stringent terms. These conditions included relinquishing 25% of the sales revenue, undergoing a case-by-case review process, and subjecting the chips to third-party testing. Consequently, not a single transaction involving the H200 chip has materialized in China. Huang's presence on this trip is likely aimed at securing a breakthrough in the trade of H200 chips to China.
