In terms of overseas markets, Tongguan Copper Foil experienced significant revenue growth in 2025, primarily through collaborations with Taiwan-funded enterprises via processing trade models. The company emphasized that it will continuously optimize the production capacity and structural layout of high-end products in response to market order demands.

Regarding the increased provision for asset impairment raised by investors, the company clarified that this was primarily attributable to industry cycles, asset structure, and the prudence of accounting policies, and was not related to irregular asset management or abnormalities in internal control systems.
