Chip giant NVIDIA has partnered with glass manufacturer Corning to establish three new advanced manufacturing facilities in North Carolina and Texas, aimed at developing and producing optical technology products for NVIDIA. The two companies announced jointly on Wednesday that the new factories will create at least 3,000 jobs and increase Corning's optical product production capacity in the United States by tenfold.
