On April 29th, OmniVision Group made an announcement stating its intention to bolster the capital of Ruijing Semiconductor Co., Ltd. through a cash infusion of RMB 200 million, thereby securing a registered capital stake of around RMB 25.6 million. Considering the total capital increase in this round amounts to roughly RMB 1 billion, it is anticipated that OmniVision Group will command a share of approximately 5.13% in Ruijing Semiconductor's registered capital upon the completion of the capital augmentation.
