The leaked NBD logistics list reveals that Intel's upcoming Nova Lake-AX processor will utilize the LGA 4326 platform, featuring a socket size of 37.5×56.5mm—nearly double the area of the next-gen Nova Lake-S desktop processor's LGA 1954 socket. The processor integrates a massive iGPU chip with up to 384 execution units (48 Xe cores), adopting the Xe3p architecture to handle high-load graphics workloads without requiring a discrete GPU. Additionally, the chip supports LPDDR5X memory at speeds up to 10677 MT/s. Speculation suggests that Nova Lake-AX could be a workstation-grade socketed APU, positioned not only against AMD's Strix Halo but also potentially competing with PRO/MAX/ULTRA-tier products. However, it remains unconfirmed whether LGA 4326 will serve as the final interface solution for consumer-grade products.
