In the first three months of 2026 alone, Intel has already implemented two consecutive price hikes for its consumer-grade CPUs, with the possibility of a cumulative increase reaching up to 30% for the entire year. Based on exclusive information from supply chain insiders, Intel carried out its initial round of price modifications in February of this year, with the hikes spanning from 10% to 15%. Subsequently, on March 16, Intel embarked on a second round of price increases, further raising prices by an extra 15%. Following these two rounds of adjustments, CPU prices have escalated by roughly 20% in comparison to the prices in January of this year.
