Changxin Bochuang has made a public announcement stating that its shareholder, Eastcom, intends to divest a portion of its shares, not exceeding 2,915,700, which equates to 1.00% of the company's total share capital. This divestment will be executed through centralized bidding within the forthcoming three-month period. Similarly, shareholder JIANG RONGZHI plans to reduce his shareholding by up to 1,336,100 shares, accounting for 0.46% of the total share capital, via the same method and within the identical timeframe.
