Following this capital augmentation, the research institute will acquire a 23.07% shareholding in Xingyuan Optoelectronic. Xingyuan Optoelectronic's operations encompass high-end indium phosphide laser chips and other related products, which find applications in areas such as optical communications within AI data centers.
