On March 18, according to sources familiar with the matter who spoke to Reuters, NVIDIA plans to introduce a Groq artificial intelligence chip tailored for the Chinese market. This chip is neither a downgraded version nor specifically designed for the Chinese market, with an expected launch in May. Late last year, NVIDIA acquired AI chip startup Groq and showcased a new product line based on Groq chips at this week's GTC conference.
