On March 12th, Nexperia China proudly announced the release of its latest LDO series, boasting an impressive 40V input capability and output currents of 120mA, 150mA, and 300mA. This innovative series incorporates all-encompassing input and output protection mechanisms, rendering it an ideal choice for automotive electronics applications. These include body domain control systems, Battery Management Systems (BMS), vehicle lighting, steering systems, and power systems that depend on off-board power supply through wiring harnesses. Presently, Nexperia's comprehensive lineup of automotive-grade off-board protection LDO chips has commenced full-scale mass production.
