On February 11, Taiji Industry made an announcement stating that the consortium, formed by its subsidiary, the 11th Science and Technology Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Construction No.4 (Group) Co., Ltd., emerged victorious in the general contracting bid for the Huahong FAB9B project, which is undertaken by Huahong Hongli Semiconductor (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. The consortium has recently received the "Letter of Acceptance". The total bid amount stands at RMB 3.778 billion, with a project timeline spanning 350 days. It is anticipated that the 11th Science and Technology Co., Ltd. will shoulder 98.46% of the workload outlined in the contract, equating to an approximate sum of RMB 3.719 billion. This underscores its prominent standing in the domestic engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) sector for the integrated circuit industry. Should the formal contract be inked, given the project's multi-year duration and susceptibility to various influencing factors, the precise impact on the company's performance in 2026 remains to be determined.
