At the 2025 fourth-quarter institutional investor conference, Chen Peiming, General Manager of Winbond Electronics, disclosed that the company's production capacity for the years 2026 to 2027 has been entirely reserved, with expectations of continued price increases for its products. Throughout 2025, Winbond Electronics achieved a total revenue of NT$89.406 billion, marking a 9.55% year-on-year growth. Its flash memory, logic, and customized memory businesses contributed 35%, 34%, and 29% to the revenue, respectively, culminating in a full-year gross profit margin of 35%. In the fourth quarter alone, revenue soared to NT$26.625 billion, reflecting a 42.4% year-on-year surge and a 22.3% quarter-on-quarter increase.

Driven by the explosive growth of the AI market, the demand for memory has skyrocketed. In response, Winbond Electronics is set to initiate phased mass production of its flash memory and expand its customized memory services starting from the second half of 2026.
