On January 23, 2026, Jingsheng Co., Ltd. disclosed its intention to fully acquire Zhunwei Intelligence. The target company's 100% equity, currently held by ten parties including Benshang Technology, will be obtained through a combination of share issuance and cash payment, with the total transaction amounting to 857 million yuan. Simultaneously, the acquiring company plans to raise corresponding funds. This deal is classified as both a related-party transaction and a significant asset restructuring, yet it does not qualify as a restructuring for listing purposes. Once the transaction is finalized, Zhunwei Intelligence will be officially incorporated as a wholly-controlled subsidiary under Jingsheng Co., Ltd.
