Recently, Lizhao Technology, a company that specializes in offering integrated RF (radio frequency) component solutions for China's advanced semiconductor process equipment, has brought us yet another piece of encouraging news. In the fourth quarter of 2025, the company successfully wrapped up a new round of financing, raising close to RMB 100 million. In a parallel development, its cleanroom situated in the Shanghai Lingang New Area achieved a significant milestone by producing and delivering the 300th Remote Plasma Source (RPS). This RPS product has been seamlessly integrated with the advanced thin-film deposition equipment of Lizhao's customers. Subsequently, it has been deployed in a domestic memory production line, playing a pivotal role in the manufacturing of domestically-produced memory chips.
