Macro Micro Technology released an official announcement, stating that it has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with a premier enterprise specializing in control equipment and system integration for China's domestic transmission sector. The two entities will concentrate their efforts on power semiconductor devices essential for electronic control, hydraulic control, servo systems, and core components of robots. Special attention will be given to the collaborative research and development of gallium nitride power semiconductor devices.

This agreement serves as a framework outlining the intentions of both parties. It does not encompass specific financial terms and will not have a direct bearing on the financial performance for the year 2025 or subsequent years. Presently, the development of power device products tailored for robot applications is still in its nascent stages of joint research, and there remains a degree of uncertainty regarding the execution of subsequent projects.
