On December 29, Nanxin Technology (688484.SH) made an announcement stating its intention to enter into an agreement with Xingzhi Storage Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. Under this agreement, Xingzhi Storage Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. will be commissioned to undertake the custom development of IP that is compatible with the cooperative manufacturers and their products. Additionally, Nanxin Technology aims to obtain a permanent license for the IP products that will be delivered by Suzhou Xingzhi. Suzhou Xingzhi is a company that focuses on the design, research and development, sales, as well as professional technical services related to innovative memory chips and embedded memory IP. It boasts robust capabilities in the field of memory IP development.
