On December 26, Yang Mu, the Chairman of Wingtech Technology, made a statement at the fifth extraordinary shareholders' meeting held in 2025. He addressed the situation where Nexperia Netherlands has ceased supplying wafers to Nexperia China. In response, Yang Mu revealed that Wingtech is actively broadening its network of external wafer suppliers and has already commenced testing and verification processes with pertinent enterprises. Furthermore, he underscored the company's unwavering commitment to safeguarding its rights. Yang Mu stated categorically that Wingtech must regain both equity and control over Nexperia Semiconductor. He also mentioned that during the upcoming Dutch hearing scheduled for January 2026, the company will reaffirm its stance and take proactive measures to defend its rights.
