These criteria are rooted in national standards and are crafted to avoid surpassing the usage standards of downstream sectors. The benchmark product for delivery is N-type dense polysilicon, while alternative delivery options include non-dense polysilicon and P-type polysilicon that adhere to pertinent quality benchmarks. GFEX carried out a sampling investigation, and the findings revealed that 67% of the products conformed to the benchmark product specifications, whereas 89% fulfilled the requirements for alternative products.
