On December 5th, Excelliance MOS announced on the investor interaction platform that its GaN product lineup encompasses 650V GaN HEMT products as well as medium- and low-voltage (ranging from 40V to 150V) GaN HEMT products, all of which are progressing steadily in development. Notably, the 40V bidirectional GaN product has already entered mass production and is being shipped for use in the flagship smartphones of certain well-known brands. Moreover, there are plans to deploy this product in the emerging field of humanoid robots.
