On December 4, 2025, Micron Technology announced that it will fully terminate the retail business of its Crucial brand consumer-grade SSDs and memory by the second quarter of fiscal year 2026 (end of February 2026), concentrating its resources on advanced memory chips and HBM products for AI data centers. Warranty services for already sold products will remain unaffected.
