Between October 22 and 24, Macau played host to the 8th IEEE International Conference on Integrated Circuit Technology and Applications (ICTA). This year, the conference garnered a total of 146 research papers. Among these, 22 were shortlisted as nominees for the best paper award. Ultimately, five papers were honored as the best in their respective categories. Notably, a paper from the School of Microelectronics at Xi'an Jiaotong University emerged victorious, securing the Best Paper Award, while another paper from the same institution received a nomination for the same accolade.
