Willow Group has made an announcement stating that its majority shareholder, Yu Renrong, has decided to donate 30 million freely - tradable and unrestricted shares, which constitute 2.48% of the company's total share capital, to the Ningbo Oriental University of Technology Education Foundation. Moreover, the Ningbo Yu Renrong Education Foundation, another shareholder, has also planned to contribute 600,000 shares, equivalent to 0.05% of the total share capital, to the same foundation. The purpose of these donations is to bolster the advancement of educational initiatives and ensure a stable financial footing for the operations of Ningbo Oriental University of Technology.
