Based on the Add-in Board (AIB, which refers to discrete graphics cards) market share report for the third quarter of 2025, published by Jon Peddie Research, NVIDIA remains the undisputed leader. However, both AMD and Intel have managed to expand their market presence. During this quarter, the number of discrete graphics card shipments hit 12.02 million units, with a cumulative value of $8.8 billion, reflecting a 2.8% sequential growth. Specifically, AMD's market share witnessed an uptick of 0.8%, reaching 7%. Meanwhile, Intel's share saw a modest rise of 0.4%, crossing the 1% threshold for the first time. Conversely, NVIDIA's share experienced a slight decline of 1.2%, settling at 92%. Furthermore, global PC graphics card shipments registered a 2.5% year-on-year increase, totaling 76.6 million units. Notably, data center GPU shipments skyrocketed by 145%.
