Recently, some netizens have disclosed that Contemporary Amperex Technology Co. Limited (CATL) has put out a notice regarding a salary increase. Effective from January 1, 2026, employees at job levels 1 through 6 working for CATL and its wholly-owned subsidiaries will see their salaries adjusted. Specifically, the base pay for employees in job grades JG1 - 6 will be raised by 150 yuan, while all other components of the salary structure and standards will remain unaltered. Furthermore, CATL's financial report for the third quarter of 2025 reveals that the company's revenue for the first three quarters of the year amounted to 283.1 billion yuan, marking a year-on-year increase of 9.28%. Additionally, the net profit attributable to the parent company reached 49 billion yuan, representing a year-on-year surge of 36.20%.
