Data from South Korea's Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy reveals that the nation's exports in November witnessed an 8.4% year-on-year surge, reaching US$61.04 billion. This impressive figure sets a new record high for the corresponding period in history. Notably, semiconductor exports stood out, experiencing a remarkable 38.6% year-on-year increase and hitting US$17.26 billion. This marks the ninth consecutive month of growth and establishes a fresh monthly record. Over the first 11 months of this year, cumulative semiconductor exports have soared to US$152.6 billion, outstripping the total for the entire previous year, which stood at US$141.9 billion.
