Wingtech Technology has once again issued a statement concerning the control dispute over its Dutch subsidiary, Nexperia. The company is calling on the relevant stakeholders to actively engage and seek a resolution through consultative means.

After the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs' inappropriate intervention, and with the support and coordination from the Chinese authorities, Wingtech Technology has, on multiple occasions, voiced its readiness to enter into dialogue with Nexperia Netherlands. The aim is to explore viable avenues for regaining control and settling the dispute amicably.

Despite these efforts, there has been no meaningful response from Nexperia Netherlands. In light of this, Wingtech Technology is now urging Nexperia Netherlands to come forward with constructive and genuine proposals that can pave the way for a proper and satisfactory resolution of the issue at hand.
