During institutional research, BOE A disclosed that its overall capital expenditure is set to decrease in the coming years. Specifically, in 2025, the company anticipates a peak in capital expenditure, driven by substantial investments in the Chengdu 8.6-generation OLED production line project. Moving into 2026, the focus of expenditures will shift primarily towards the procurement of subsequent equipment. From 2027 onwards, with the completion of mass production and the absence of any new production line investments, BOE A expects a significant reduction in capital expenditure. Future expenditures will predominantly be allocated to maintenance activities and investments in innovative sectors, including perovskite technology and glass-based packaging substrates. The financial requirements for these areas will be considerably lower than those associated with the construction of panel production lines.
